Consent for data useThe data residing in our data centers will not be shared or used by SI Portal or any other entity. You as a customer will be the only entity with access to your data. If your data is to be used, SI Portal will notify you to ask for consent.
Breach NotificationIn the event of a data breach, SI Portal will notify you, the customer, of any risk within 72 hours.
Right to accessAs stated you have the right to a free electronic copy of your data. SI Portal provides a tool called PortalSync that can be used to export all your data into this free electronic format. To request access to PortalSync, simply contact support.
Right to be forgottenCurrently SI Portal does not delete your data when you cancel your subscription. You do have the right to ask for all data to be destroyed. At this point, SI Portal will activate a process which will destroy all your data.
Data PortabilityMuch of our SI Portal data is encrypted. We also give you the option to use your own encryption key. To simplify the transfer of data, SI Portal provides a tool called PortalSync that you can use to export all your data into a readable, non-encrypted format. We started using SI Portal about 8 months ago. In general it's been a good product. Support has been very responsive, which is a priority. They also have made some significant improvements to performance and functionality in the 8 months. We use the hosted version, 0 down time, and 0 maintenance effort on our part. All in all, a good value!
I use SI daily. Started with evernote and decided it was too difficult to keep track of and doing important data, plus as I grew I wanted to have a way to give my employees access they are accountable for. Searching for a record is quick. Entering, data is fairly easy. Data can be entered with relationships to, other data making it easy to see what is going on.
Great tool, has helped us get organized and we can easily share all customer related data. The support team is very responsive and stays on top of any questions, concerns, issues that you may have! Great product.

SI Portal has transformed the way we share technical information between our engineers. It integrates with our PSA and dashboard to bring in records for all of the devices we manage so information can be held alongside the device to which it relates and introduces features such as password history, revision control, access logs, and so much more.
